Handgun Level II is an intermediate handgun course designed for shooters who have a solid foundation in firearm safety and basic marksmanship and are ready to apply those skills in more dynamic, real-world contexts.
This course focuses on developing the ability to shoot accurately while moving, under stress, and while making sound decisions. Students will learn how to safely manage their handgun beyond static range drills, emphasizing control, awareness, and accountability.
Course topics include:
• Safe and effective movement while shooting
• Shooting under physical and cognitive stress
• Proper use of cover and concealment
• Judgmental shooting and threat discrimination
Training is conducted in a controlled environment with close instructor supervision. Drills are designed to challenge students while maintaining strict safety standards at all times. Emphasis is placed on decision-making, accuracy, and accountability, not speed alone.
This course is ideal for:
• Shooters who have completed a Handgun Level I (or equivalent)
• Individuals seeking to improve defensive handgun skills
• Students looking to move beyond static range shooting
Prerequisites: Prior handgun training and demonstrated safe gun handling are required
